Żabka Jush with the first drone delivery on the Polish
As part of the development of q-commerce services, Żabka Jush tested Farada drones for the execution of instant orders. The whole flight was faster than a traditional order – it was delivered in less than 7 minutes! The delivery included, among others, Żabka’s own brand products, such as Wycisk juices, Foodini liquid snacks, a croissant from Żabka Café, a plant-based Plant Hunter bar, as well as a fresh fruit.
Chatbot for over 8,000 franchisees
To optimize customer service and handle the growing number of inquiries, we collaborated with KODA to create Frank – a virtual assistant available in the Cyberstore app. The project faced challenges related to scaling for over 10,000 stores and more than 8,600 franchisees, handling a variety of topics by the chatbot, automating a large volume of inquiries, and integrating with existing systems. The project resulted in exchanging half a million messages with franchisees in three quarters and saving 140 hours per month for consultants handling information gathering. By introducing Frank, the virtual assistant available in the Cyberstore app, Żabka effectively streamlined and improved the quality of franchisee support.
„We closely monitor the needs that must be met to enable our franchisees to operate as smoothly as possible. We always prioritize technological advancement, which is why we decided to implement Frank. We are very pleased with its performance; it allows us to automate processes to the fullest extent, and creating a report takes less time than filling out a form,“

Hot-Dog-Serving Robot at Żabka Nano
In 2022, Żabka Group introduced an innovative solution in one of its autonomous Żabka Nano stores in Warsaw – a robot named Robbie. Designed to prepare hot dogs, Robbie revolutionized the way customers use the store’s services.
Traditional sales methods often involved waiting in line and limited access to food products outside standard store hours.
In collaboration with VeloxAlpha SA, Żabka created Robbie – an autonomous device that prepares hot dogs on customer demand, available 24/7. The robot is equipped with a multilingual interface, allowing it to serve both local customers and tourists.
By October 2023, Robbie had already prepared 30,000 hot dogs, proving its efficiency and popularity. The success of the first robot inspired the installation of a second device in a newly opened store in Poznań, which became the 10,000th location of the Żabka network.
Robbie the robot demonstrated that robotization can be a key trend in the catering service industry, providing quick and convenient shopping without queues and 24-hour product availability. This initiative highlights Żabka’s commitment to innovation and improving customer shopping experiences.
“Our mission is to revolutionize the perception of the concept of autonomous commerce. We surprise our customers with innovations that provide access to products not typically available in such a format. Robbie the robot, by serving hot dogs, meets the needs of our customers who expect from an autonomous store not only quick snacks, bars or juices, but also hot drinks and meals”, says Paweł Grabowski, Head of Żabka Nano and unmanned solutions at Żabka Group.
