Refrigerators utilising CO₂

Żabka Eko Smart in Łódź uses refrigerators with carbon dioxide (CO₂) as the refrigerant. This solution not only saves energy, but also minimises the impact on the environment through a much smaller greenhouse effect (compared to conventional refrigerants). In addition – this use of CO₂ is safe for the ozone layer.
