Nutri-Score labels

    It is a food labelling system on a colour-coded scale from A to E. It allows you to assess which products in your diet you should eat more of and which you should reduce. The system is based on balancing the beneficial ingredients (fibre, protein, vegetables, fruit, nuts – designation A) and those that should be minimised in the diet (e.g. empty calories, sugars, saturated fats, salt – designation E).
