- We have identified whitespace (i.e. future market potential in terms of number of stores) in Poland using AI-Driven software that analyzes over 9 million Polish addresses based on geospatial data, with each location assessed for return potential
- We have identified a pool of future stores that will fuel our network growth
- We started our expansion in Romania, which has environment conducive for convenience growth similar to Poland
